DA VINCI BODY

Our signature HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance, and improve cardio capabilities. This music oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing floor to ceiling resistance anchors.  

All levels and abilities are welcome.

Classes are 30 minutes followed by a 5-6 minute cool down. 

 

Monday: 7 am, 8am, 12:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 8am & 5:30pm

Wednesday: 12:30pm & 5:30pm

Thursday: 8am

Friday: 7am & 8am

Sunday: 11am


DA VINCI CIRCUIT CIRCUS

For an extra challenging workout, this HIIT circuit training class combines BodyBoard, Da Vinci Body Barre, Spinning, Sandbell weights, and Pilates equipment, for the most complete, full body workout you've ever experienced. 

Previous BodyBoard experience strongly suggested.

Classes are 50 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down. 

 

Wednesday: 8am

Thursday: 6pm

Friday: 12:30pm


DA VINCI BALANCE & SCULPT

A 30-minute interval flow, movement based class. Focus on form, balance, strength and muscle lengthening. 

Gentle on your joints and fun! All levels welcome.

Classes are 30 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down. 

 

Monday: 9am (and 4pm starting week of March 12th)

Tuesday: 9am (and 11:30am starting week of March 12th)

Wednesday: 9am (and 4pm starting week of March 12th)

Thursday: 9am (and 11:30am starting week of March 12th)

Friday: 9am

Saturday: 10:30am (starting March 17th)


DA VINCI FLYING STEP

A new take on traditional step aerobics. Using an adjustable, elevated aerobic step, get all of your cardio and dance needs in with this 45-minute class! 

The combination of the Skyboard resistance band system from Da Vinci Body classes with Step will be sure to get you sweating and having the most fun, low impact workout you've ever tried. 

All levels welcome. 

Classes are 30 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down with Julie Baros. 

 

Saturday: 11am (time change to 11:30am starting March 17th)


DA VINCI BODYBOARD POWER HOUR

Our classic Da Vinci BodyBoard class but one step up in difficulty and length! Extra challenging work with the Sandbells, sliders, and more.  

Previous BodyBoard experience encouraged but not necessary. 

Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

DA VINCI TURBO

An 24-minute Tabata class with Julie Baros.

Get in and get out with this fast, challenging class! No muscle will be left behind in this class that uses the BodyBoard, Da Vinci at the Wall, Skyboard, and Da Vinci Body Barre.

 

 

Monday: 5:30pm

Friday: 12pm


DA VINCI BODY BARRE

A 30-minute barre class in our classic, HIIT Da Vinci Body style! 

This energetic and fun class combines barre and our wall resistance bands system. Barre like you've never tried before! 

All levels welcome. 5-6 minute cool down.
