DA VINCI BODY

Our signature HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance, and improve cardio capabilities. This music oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing floor to ceiling resistance anchors.  

Classes are 30 minutes followed by a 5-6 minute cool down. 

 

Monday: 7 am, 8am, 12:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 8am & 5:30pm

Wednesday: 12:30pm & 5:30pm

Thursday: 8am

Friday: 7am & 8am

Sunday: 11am


DA VINCI BALANCE & SCULPT 

A 30-minute interval flow, movement based class. Focus on form, balance, strength and muscle lengthening. 

Gentle on your joints and fun! All levels welcome.  

**Highly suggested for anyone who is visiting our studio for the first time.**

Classes are 30 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

DA VINCI CIRCUIT w/ Floery & Karen

For an extra challenging workout, this HIIT circuit training class combines BodyBoard, Da Vinci Body Barre, Sandbell weights, Pilates equipment, and more for the most complete, full body workout you've ever experienced. 

Previous BodyBoard experience strongly suggested.

Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

Thursday: 5:30pm


DA VINCI FLYING STEP w/ Julie

A new take on traditional step aerobics. Using an adjustable, elevated aerobic step, get all of your cardio and dance needs in with this 45-minute class! 

The combination of the Skyboard resistance band system from Da Vinci Body classes with Step will be sure to get you sweating and having the most fun, low impact workout you've ever tried. 

All levels welcome. 

Classes are 30 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down with Julie Baros.

DA VINCI BODYBOARD POWER HOUR w/ Floery

Our classic Da Vinci BodyBoard class but one step up in difficulty and length! Extra challenging work with the Sandbells, sliders, and more.  

Previous BodyBoard experience encouraged but not necessary. 

Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

DA VINCI TURBO w/ Julie

A pumped up, Tabata-style, BodyBoard class.

No muscle will be left behind in this class that uses the BodyBoard, Da Vinci at the Wall, Skyboard, and Da Vinci Body Barre.

Previous experience strongly suggested. 

Class offered in 45 minutes (Turbo) and 24 minutes (Turbo Express). Both with 5-6 minute cool down. 

 

Monday: 5:30pm (Turbo 45 min)

Wednesday: 7am (Turbo Express 24 min)

Friday: 12pm (Turbo Express 24 min) 

 


DA VINCI BODY BARRE w/ Prisma

A 30-minute barre class in our classic, HIIT Da Vinci Body style! 

This energetic, fun and challenging class combines barre and our Da Vinci BodyBoard system. Barre like you've never tried before! 

All levels welcome. 5-6 minute cool down.

DA VINCI BOOTY BLAST w/ Lily

A 15-minute glutes and abs blast!  

This energetic class utilizes the BodyBoard to max out the glutes and abs. Add this before or after a Da Vinci Body class for a little extra, or just swing in & out for a supercharged 15 minutes! 

All levels welcome. 

$7 drop-in or free with unlimited membership (see other pricing)
